Safety (SOS, fall, accident, "Arrived safely", crisis mode, with the location) and messages with your loved ones stay free, with or without a code; so does exporting or deleting your data. Between two devices ("Where are you?", ringing, supervision), both need a code.
How to use it
- On each device to cover, open HeyUs, then My account › Subscription (tap your picture, top left).
- Tap "Enter my code" and paste it: the device takes a seat.
- More seats than devices? Keep them for later, or give one to a loved one from the app.
Frequently asked questions
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once for one year; at the end, the Premium features stop, your data stays and HeyUs tells you a few days before. Extending is a new purchase you choose.
Do I need a PayPal account?
Depending on your country, PayPal lets you pay with your account or directly by bank card on its secure page.
I change phones or reinstall HeyUs?
Simply enter the same code: the new device takes over the old one's seat. A device unused for 90 days frees its seat automatically, and you can release a device from the app (3 changes per seat per year).
Can I give a seat to a loved one?
Yes: from the app, give them one of your seats; they see nothing of your account and you can take it back at any time.
How do I recognise the official site?
HeyUs codes are sold only on heyus.app, and you always pay on PayPal's page, to HeyUs. A code bought anywhere else will not work: the app checks every code with HeyUs. A suspicious site? Report it to info@heyus.app.
