1. Seller
HeyUs activation codes are sold by El Mehdi KOUHAILI, only on the official site https://heyus.app. Contact: info@heyus.app.
2. What you buy
- A HeyUs activation code, with the number of seats you choose: one seat covers one device (Android phone or Windows PC).
- Each seat gives access to the HeyUs Premium features for one year from purchase. An extension adds one year from the end of the current period.
- The free base and the HeyUs safety features remain available without a code.
3. Price
The price of a code depends on its number of seats, on a sliding scale: the more seats the code has, the less each seat costs. The prices for one year, from 1 to 10 seats, are shown on the Get a code page, in US dollars, all taxes included; the total amount is calculated by our server from this scale and confirmed by PayPal before payment. An extension follows the same scale, for the number of seats extended. The applicable price is the one shown at the time of the order.
4. Payment
Payment is processed by PayPal (PayPal account or bank card via PayPal). We receive neither your bank details nor your PayPal password. There is no automatic renewal: no amount is charged after the purchase; extending your code is a new purchase that you decide on yourself.
5. Delivery of the code
Your code is shown immediately after payment. We only keep a fingerprint of it: keep it safe. If lost, it can be replaced by a new code from the Find my code page (PayPal transaction ID and payer's email); your devices already covered stay covered.
6. Use
- Each device takes a seat when the code is entered on it. A seat can move to another device 3 times per year; a device unused for 90 days frees its seat.
- The code is personal: it is intended for your devices and those of loved ones to whom you give a seat.
7. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer who benefits from it (for example in the European Union), you have a 14-day withdrawal period. As the code is digital content supplied immediately, by confirming the purchase you request its immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as the code is used on a device. As long as it has not been used on any device, you can ask us for a refund within 14 days.
8. Refunds and disputes
For any refund request, write to us stating the PayPal transaction ID. A payment refunded, cancelled or disputed with PayPal deactivates the code and frees its seats on all devices.
9. End of the period
At expiry, the Premium features stop on the covered devices; your data remains and the free base stays available. HeyUs notifies you a few days before.
